Track Name: Cut Away
The sky's pouring over our heads
And there’s nothing to say anymore
I guess I should have probably left
My reservations and doubts at your door

Now all these things that you said
They keep on cutting so bad
But I still cling on to
All the good that we had

The things I said but didn't mean
They keep on twisting our dream
I wish I wouldn't say that
Wouldn't say that

Now I will have to find a way
To get on with my life
Cut away the crimson chains
As they bleed in the light

Just one shot in the darkness
And it ended so abruptly
Like an eagle I will follow the horizon
This won't stop me

The flood, it brought our world to the ground
It left us gasping and barely alive
You say there’s nothing left for us now
I know you’re right but I wish we could try

Our love is losing its ground
And we are both falling down
No safety net underneath
No means of turning around

And as we crash to the floor
Our love breaks down at its core
No way it can be restored
Not anymore
